Final Walk-Through Inspection
The final walk-through confirms agreed contingencies are met, repairs completed, and the seller’s belongings removed. It usually occurs the day before or the day of closing.
Closing
At closing you, the seller, and the closing agent sign settlement documents, you fund down payment and closing costs, and loan documents are executed. Funds can be delivered via certified check or wire transfer. After recording the deed with the County Recorder’s office, you’ll officially take ownership.
